While there are 4 big buckets for each letter, TTI's report blends your levels into almost 400 different profiles. Unlike other DISC providers, TTI's reports give you an adapted DISC (work style) and natural DISC (home style.) Truly a look at both sides of you!
Personal DebriefingEach report includes a personal debriefing. For the stand alone DISC it is 20 minutes on the phone. For the combined DISC and Driving Forces, what I term the DISC Plus Me, I allocate 30 minutes, one on one on the phone.

TTI's Driving Forces assessment and report helps you understand what motivates you. It measures how you compare in 12 categories with the norm. Your top 4 categories form your key driving forces. Your driving forces are a combination of natural preferences, learned attitudes and values and those influenced by your environment. You can order this with the DISC for the best view of you!
Team BuildingWorking with teams is a great way to promote understanding. It won't stop accountants from thinking poorly of sales people, or vice versa. What a team debriefing session does is establish the ground rules for trying to play better in the sand box.

Coaching for Performance Improvement
Its great to learn more about your behavior and motivations. Now what? If you have a mentor, a personal coach or benevolent boss, be sure to share the report with them. They can work with you to help improve your performance.
